Returns

Process
All returns requests should be sent to:
info@oliveandbud.co.uk
Before shipping an item back to us, you must request a return authorisation from us via the above email address within 30 days of receiving your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Faulty items
If your item is faulty and has not been worn or washed, we can issue you a full refund as long as we have been notified within the 30 day returns window. If you are outside of this window and/ or have worn or washed your item then we can issue you an exchange when feasible, or alternatively, a partial refund which will be at our discretion. Because we are a small business, unfortunately we cannot make exceptions for this policy.

Eligibility
Please make sure you include your order number in your email and use the subject title "Return request" so we can process this quickly for you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with hang tags intact.
Please note: we do not allow refunds/ exchanges on sale items. All sale items will be sent out without hand-printed hang tags. 
Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if it does not arrive back in the same condition it was sent. We will notify you once your return has been approved and a credit will automatically be processed within a certain number of working days (tbc via email).

Postage
You will need to cover the cost of your return back to us. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely. Please note: we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered returns parcels.
